Don't Fail Me Now, 12"x24"

$360.00

Oil Paint and Charcoal on Wood Panel

Inspired by the song, “The Mountain is You,” by Chance Peña

We often find ourselves as the biggest obstacles in our own path. Whether it's doubt, overthinking, or insecurity, we can get lost in fear, holding ourselves back before we even begin. Chance Peña beautifully captures this struggle in his song, “The Mountain is You,” which inspired my painting, “Don’t Fail Me Now.” As an artist, I constantly remind myself that it’s okay to take risks, to embrace my authentic self, and to paint from the heart.

The mountain can loom large, stretching high into the clouds, making it difficult to see the summit. Yet, one step at a time, I’m climbing the mountain of self-discovery, striving to be true to who I am. This imagery is what inspired, “Don’t Fail Me Now”.
